The immediate need

Continuity for your marketing. A more focused internal role.

The job description combines hands-on administration with specialist digital work. Velocity will handle the agreed marketing, content, optimisation and reporting functions, allowing Living Naturally to recruit a practical on-site administrator for orders, stock, fulfilment, customer enquiries, catalogue updates, supplier coordination and internal administration.

Mari will lead 25 hours of marketing delivery each month, drawing on Velocity’s relevant specialists as needed. We will coordinate the work, use approved materials, complete agreed tasks and report clearly on progress and time used.

This covers both Living Naturally and Pharmaforce within the same allowance. One internal contact will consolidate priorities and approvals so the time is used where it matters most.

Your internal hire can concentrate on keeping the stores and customer operations running, with Velocity providing the specialist digital skills around that role.

We will agree the monthly delivery plan, coordinate approvals and contributors, and track the work against the 25-hour allowance.

How the service works
01 / The work

A clear monthly plan for your digital marketing.

The 25 hours include planning, production, coordination, quality checks, revisions and reporting. We will confirm the monthly priorities and output volumes together before work begins.

Monthly planning targets

  • One combined editorial and campaign calendar, with a brief for the existing social media team.
  • Two search-optimised Health Hub articles per month, using approved material or contributor copy.
  • One Living Naturally newsletter per month: copy, build, test and schedule in the existing platform, subject to final client approval.
  • Checks of priority campaign links and purchasing journeys on both stores, plus existing customer email journeys.
  • A concise report on available marketing and sales measures, a monthly review, and short weekly status updates.
Scope of the monthly service
A / Content & Health Hub

Plan, brief and publish

Plan, edit and publish two search-optimised Health Hub articles per month using approved source material or contributor copy. Coordinate supplied podcast assets and website content, maintain the editorial calendar and prepare the monthly social team brief. The monthly newsletter includes copy, build, testing and scheduling. Original podcast production and external contributor fees are quoted separately.

B / E-commerce website optimisation

Improve the shopping journey

Check both stores’ priority pages, campaign links and the buying process. Review product-page copy and visibility, and use available data to identify where shoppers leave without buying. Plan up to four simple website content updates and up to five approved product-page improvements per month across both brands, using existing tools and supplied assets. These can include promotion and campaign-page updates. Coordinate technical issues with the developer.

C / Customer records & journeys (CRM)

Look after the journeys already running

Review approved email lists and existing welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement and enquiry-routing processes. Prioritise cleaning up lists, grouping customers for relevant emails, or one small change to an existing automated process. New customer management systems, integrations and major automation builds are quoted separately.

D / Search optimisation (SEO)

Make priority content easier to find

Research relevant search terms, improve selected page titles, copy and links between pages, and use Google Search Console to flag pages that are not appearing correctly in search. Review available unpaid search traffic and sales data to choose the next improvements. Major technical fixes are quoted separately.

E / Analytics & performance

Report what matters

Use existing Google Analytics, store, email and search data for a concise monthly report: revenue, orders, the share of visitors who buy, average order value, product or category trends and campaign results where reliable. Include stock, returns or fulfilment measures if your team supplies suitable data. Recommend practical next actions.

F / Paid campaigns — optional separate service

Campaign management can be added when ready

Google and Meta campaign strategy, setup, audience optimisation, creative briefing and reporting can be commissioned as an additional service. Those activities require their own agreed scope and fee; media spend and creative production are separate. They are not part of this interim 25-hour allocation.

These quantities are starting planning targets within the same 25 monthly hours, not cumulative guarantees. At kickoff, we will validate the effort against the existing platforms, supplied content and approvals, then agree the deliverable schedule. If demand exceeds the allowance, we will agree a change in priorities or additional approved hours before proceeding. Extra newsletters, including a separate Pharmaforce edition, follow the same process.

02 / Delivery

Three months to cover the gap and create a clean handover.

We will agree the active tasks, owners and dates at the start of each month. Month one’s access and handover work forms part of the allowance.

Month 01

Handover and prioritise

Confirm access, approvals and work in progress. Set the first calendar and task plan, protect imminent campaigns and begin the recurring delivery rhythm.

Month 02

Deliver and improve

Continue the newsletter, content, journey checks and reporting. Use the flexible hours on the most useful approved website, search or existing workflow improvements.

Month 03

Review the next phase

Continue delivery and document the working materials. If the hands-on e-commerce administrator is appointed, support the handover of any relevant tasks. Together we can then end the interim, extend it, or transition into a longer-term service agreement (SLA) with an agreed scope and fee.

Velocity

Mari coordinates the agreed marketing work, specialist input, implementation and reporting within the allocation. We flag competing priorities and capacity early, and obtain approval before additional work.

The full growth proposal follows this week.

Velocity will return by the end of this week, Friday, 16 October 2026, with the remainder of the six-month growth proposal, broken into four clearly scoped elements:

  • Overall strategy and commercialisation: business development, community direction and the commercial opportunity.
  • Marketing implementation: the ongoing content, email, website and reporting work covered by this interim.
  • CRM and customer service systems: design and setup in months one and two, followed by maintenance and optimisation.
  • Paid media: separately costed strategy, setup, campaign management and audience optimisation, with advertising spend separate.

If you move to the longer-term SLA, the same 25 marketing hours are absorbed from the agreed transition date, with no duplicate charge. If an internal appointment changes the need after month three, those hours can be redirected to other agreed services within that SLA.
